About Landscape Initiatives

Landscape Initiative promotes integrated landscape management by connecting conservation, sustainable land use, governance, livelihoods, and financing across the Guinean Forests region. Created in response to growing deforestation, biodiversity loss, and climate pressures, the initiative supports coordinated regional action and collaboration among governments, communities, partners, and the private sector to deliver long-term environmental and development impact.
